Punters Profit Free System
Review
A solid system returning 20%
level stakes profit on turnover and 225.4 points over a
7-year period.
% POT Points
1998 24.0
% 26.9
1999 40.9
% 50.3
2000 11.2
% 20.4
2001 20.2
% 30.2
2002 25.2
% 44.8
2003 12.7
% 19.1
2004 15.4
% 33.7
The overall strike rate of this system is 31.3 %.
This is at the bottom end of the range for staking plans
that enhance profit by increasing stakes after a loss.
Staking plans of this type require a strike rate of
between 1/3 and 2/3 to be effective, around 1/2 being
optimum. Below 1/3, any improvement in profit is
likely to be counteracted by long losing runs, above
2/3, and the number of bets that have increased stakes
due to previous losers will be too few to make much
difference.

The
graphs show that the Master, Directors, and Bank %
staking plans have produced the highest profit, but this
is by virtue of the higher turnover rather than higher
profit on turnover, in fact, as can be seen below (and
summarised on the analysis screen shot), the “%
profit on turnover” for the 1% of bank plan is only
16.1 % but it has the highest turnover of £43122.

This screenshot above shows the results at the end of the
review period (Dec 2004) for the % of Bank plan. If
this method of staking had been used throughout the
period, a profit of £6957, would have been made. Of
course, this is at 1% of a starting bank of £1000. If a
starting bank of £2000 had been used with 2.5% of bank
(the maximum % of bank I would recommend), then a profit
of £ 20636 would have been made.

Looking at the analysis statistics, we can see that the
losing runs throughout the period are much as expected
with the longest being 14, exactly as predicted
mathematically. Note however, you can never be certain
of the longest losing run you will see in any set of
results, it’s simply a probability that increases as the
strike rate drops, and the number of results rises.
Profit has been made in all of the odds ranges from
“odds on” up to 9/1. With over 1000 results now, it’s
reasonable to assume that bets of 10/1 and above will be
unprofitable and should be excluded.
The
scenario tests panels, each of which contain the result
of five million simulations, confirm what was said
earlier, which ever staking plan is used, the likely
outcome is around 20% profit on turnover. Note that
when using a % of bank, the % POT is always lower than
with level staking. This is the cost of the additional
safety of staking in a way the bank can never go bust.
I would recommend level staking or a small percentage of
bank with this system.
